Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Employee Management Life Cycle i.e from hiring to exit formalities.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels.

  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

  • Management of KPIs in internal system.
  • Work in close coordination with the management to capture key expectations form the human resource’s function and provide efficient service and support to them.
  • Setup processes for handling employee issues and grievances and ensure effective communication of HR System and Policies.
  • Provide required reports as per need basis.
